the room was bright, the staff was consistently courteous, near where we needed to be. the rooms with an extra bed and sofa, for example. the breakfast had lots of selection, the food was great.

Fairly clean hotel, fine breakfast, the location is unbeatable adjacent to Ito Yokado shopping center, suburb of Tokyo. Shinagawa Ward is a district that deserves exploring.

Exceptional location, room with big bed, hard-working staff. Super breakfast - lots of meals. Normal double and freshly decorated rooms had facilities required. A magnificent beach, breathtaking view. And 15 mins walk to Suzugamori Keijo-ato.

Easy location, cool rooms, understanding staff. There was an affordable restaurant, a market and stores next door. Also, we were relatively near shinagawa historical museum.

The hotel was impeccable, but I stayed for 5 nights only. Location was best possible, I appreciated gorgeous rooms and helpful staff. Large breakfast with lots of SO GOOD food. Room was spacious, always kept tidy. There were a supermarket and stores near the property.
